| The Finger Lakes region combines nineteenth-century homes, village businesses, lakefront estates and local institutions with a deep tradition of supernatural storytelling. This episode follows eight sites across western and central New York.
The route begins at Belhurst Castle in Geneva and Erie Mansion Bed and Breakfast in Clyde. It continues to the William Phelps General Store and Home Museum in Palmyra, Esperanza Mansion near Keuka Lake and Miles Wine Cellars on Seneca Lake. The final stops are the Naples Hotel, the Seneca Falls Historical Society and the Wayside Irish Pub in Elbridge. Each place has its own documented use and ownership history, while its ghost stories come from staff, guests and local tradition; the episode keeps those histories and reports in their proper lanes. |
