The tour begins with Ohio’s former governor’s mansion and the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion. It continues to Montana’s Original Governor’s Mansion, the New York State Executive Mansion, California’s historic Governor’s Mansion in Sacramento and the Nevada Governor’s Mansion in Carson City. The final stop is Woodburn, the Governor’s Residence in Dover, Delaware. Architecture and political history provide the foundation for each segment, while reported apparitions and household legends remain identified as tradition rather than fact. The episode offers a multi-state companion to Volume 1 and shows how executive residences can become part of regional ghost lore. |
